The chief question at this event was whether the organization (then known as the Goddard Association of America) should consider its work completed upon publication of 'The Goddard Book,' and thereafter disband; or continue permanently as a family organization. The organization has continued for an additional 30 years, holding periodic gatherings, and in time publishing 'The Goddard Book, Vol. II,' containing 1707 pages of information missing from Vol. I.
